Production Worker

This casual role operates on a 24/7 roster, requiring flexibility across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate in accordance with strict safety and quality standards

• Perform repetitive manual handling and physical tasks

• Follow detailed instructions and adhere to company procedures

• Work both independently and collaboratively in small or large team

What we're looking for:

• Proven reliability and punctuality

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours across rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)

• Ability to complete repetitive, physically demanding work

• No dust allergies – working in environments where dust may be present

• Production or manufacturing experience preferred

• Forklift Licence (Essential)

• Own reliable transport to and from site
